WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must have all tags attached.

If an item is returned with fake tan, make up etc we will refuse you an exchange or refund and return the item(s) back to you.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 21 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We’ll send you an email when this has been done.

Once we’ve confirmed that your return has been processed, please allow 7 days for your refund to reach you, depending on your original payment method.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?  

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. However, you can return your item for a full refund, and then place a new order for your preferred replacement item.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns are at the cost of the customer. You may use any courier you wish. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post.

To return an item please fill out the returns form within your parcel. Should you misplace the paperwork for your order, please enclose details of your order number, full name, address and reason for return and send to: Miss Limitless, 3rd Floor,  207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH, UK
